Need some advice
Me & my partner have been engaged since last year, we was thinking of getting married but my partner is unsure if marriage will affect her benefits, she is on Universal credit & sick benefit for ptsd & sever allergies. we do not live together & wouldn't plan on living together as we have our own reasons for wanting to retain addresses.
Looking for some advice, thanks

Getting married will have no affect on your benefits. It's living together as a couple that counts.

There are things that are different between being married and just living together which you can read more about here: Living together and marriage - legal differences - Citizens Advice
However, in terms of benefits there will be no change whether you live together or you don't. All that matters is living together. So you don't need to inform the DWP.
