wikiScope
or WikiScope? A new category or a static page listing all the benefits abbreviations for readers?

A handy glossary might be an idea. I'll note this down. I think we do need to be better about not defaulting to acronyms and also spelling them out

It's also a faff spelling them out each time..
Something super-handy and accessible for all users but especially for new members and new benefits 'customers' (their word not mine)
Not everyone knows what an acronym is and not everyone will immediately know or be able to look up this word. I think - as egister suggested - we should assume an alien wants to join Scope so we explain the basics in clear form.

Thank you, I think aliens will come here from search engines like Google, which index wikis well. The question is who will fill out the wiki... nickname_Scope?

Them at Community_Scope I would hope? DWP corporate abbreviations are in a published document and I don't know know copyright laws but we'd only need the most common ones on this site.
