have service charge of £89 to pay my rents us payed every week in time was very concerning how heavy a letter I got from my council on owing this ie if u don’t pay £10 every month we could lead to court . This is a bit over the top and I have extreme anxiety

Hi @ellieMac, sorry to hear this letter has got you feeling anxious. Just so I understand properly, do you normally have to pay a service charge or is this the first letter you've had about it?
Sometimes these kinds of letters are written very formally, but it doesn't always mean you've done something wrong. I can understand why they might feel pretty alarming though!

service charge stopped ages ago and it’s included in the rent . I pay the rent completely DD every week . It’s a small amount from when we did have to pay service charge . It was more to do with the extreme letter chasing up something I have made payments toward
