LCWRA & what happens next?
6 weeks ago I was awarded LCWRA. I requested a copy of the WCA assessment but despite 3 reminders for it I have not received it. I was awarded via paper only assessment so I have no idea how I was scored and if I am contravening it by trying to work limited hours. Any suggestions to getting a copy of this infor? I’ve rang once and twice via the journal.
Also I’ve been on limited hours since May and my employer has been very understanding with the limited hours and treatment etc but I’m due a workplace review at the end of the month. My hours aren’t increasing so I have a feeling I will be told it can’t continue. What is the position re universal credit if I’m let go? I presume I just have to put a change of circumstances? Will I lose all my TP? At the moment that is higher than the LCWRA payment.
If anyone could explain what might happen I’d be very grateful xx

You might be overthinking whether your work contradicts your award, it isn't specific to what you were scored but rather whether it is contradictory to what you put on your initial form and what you have said your limitations are. It doesn't seem there is a benefit to you reading your WCA report, especially if you are happy with the award of LCWRA. It is also important to know that the reports are often full or inaccuracies and contradictions and you should not get hung up on these.
Your transitional protection (TP) won't be impacted if you are let go from work. You would report the change of circumstances via your UC account so they know you are no longer employed.
