Hi all,
I hope you are all as well as can be. I was just wondering if anyone has had a positive outcome after ICE took on their complaint? I’ve had the bog standard it wasn’t our fault letter from DWP regarding my PIP fiasco so now I’m just waiting on ICE investigating it. Any replies will be most welcome. Thank you

Hi @Lee56584. I remember your issues with PIP, sorry it hasn't been resolved yet. I haven't had any experience of ICE but hopefully one of our members has some knowledge they can share. I hope it gets sorted for you.
