    I have received a massive hoard of PDF's from a hospital that I was unsure that I had been to over 30 years ago - the fact is that I was treated over several years - this is absolutely new to me…
    SARs do work !!

    I emailed PALS - on 27th Oct and am still waiting for a response from them

    It looks as if it's going to have to be ICO !

    ICO have the power to fine a non-compliant government department….

    The SAR report received is missing a particular date / event that I am after - 34 years ago !

    It looks as if I will have to try an old Dr surgery

    Do they keep records as hospitals are supposed to - or do they forward them to my new surgery ?
