Hi @Greentench. I'm so glad that there isn't much left to do now. It's totally understandable to need to take a break, it's really overwhelming as you have to focus on all the difficulties you face. Yes it's one month that you have to send it back. If you go over that time limit, don't panic, you can send in forms late if you have a 'good reason'. Your difficulties would be a good reason as to why it might be late.

Just got a letter from my local council saying that they have suspended my rent and I need to reapply is this right

Just got the rent sorted out after ringing council so that's one thing less to do. It's just that my pip form needs to be in this week some time but because I have not had a lot of contact with mental health professionals for a while now cos I get really anxious about meetings or appointments I have been trying to deal with this in my own way its like I have been living in a bubble. So I have not got a lot of supporting evidence which I am really worried about. Any advice would be more than appreciated.

Many people do not have medical evidence, do not let this worry you. Offer them the same explanation and honest account as you have put here, that you find it too difficult to engage with these services and then some information as to what has happened when you try.

Just got a message saying I got a phone call assessment on the 6th December. I am starting to worry now silly but it's the way I am.

Best of luck with your assessment @Greentench! It's not silly to feel worried about it, it's not an easy thing to go through. I hope it goes well though!

Thank you. I filled my form in online is there anyway I can access it if so anyone know how? I can't remember everything I have wrote.

Hello @Greentench. It is usually recommended to save a copy or take photos of your form so you have your own copy too as unfortunately I don't believe there is a way to access it, aside from requesting a copy from PIP.

Oh god I will just have to try and remember the best I can? I was in such a mess doing the forms I didn't realise about saving them.

Hi @Greentench I'm so sorry to read this. There's nothing worse than a bad nights sleep. It really doesn't help. I hope you've given yourself some resting time today and a little distraction before heading back to the form.
How are you feeling now? If you have felt up to it, have you located the saved copy online? And there's nothing wrong if you haven't, it's up to you when you feel ok to. You need to look after how you feel first and foremost.
All the best,
Holly.

Thank you Holly
I did not find the online form I got just over 2 hours before they ring me. Had another restless night I am so worried cos I am not very good at explaining myself more so when I am really anxious and worried. I hope it claims me down a bit cos I just took 2 diazepam on top of my VENLAFAXINE. I am sweeting and shaking and had a few tears. I will be so glad when it's all over.

Glad that is over not sure how it went. I got stuck on a few silly questions but it's over now that's the main thing.

Hi @Greentench I'm so glad you've got the call over and done with now. There's nothing worse than worrying and waiting for something to happen. I've been there.
I'm sure you're not the first and won't be the last. And I wouldn't be surprised if it's down to the questions, or how they're wording them.
I hope you're feeling relieved now and can relax, and take some time for you. Please keep us updated if you want to talk. 😊
All the best,
Holly.
