Hi @Greentench. I'm so glad that there isn't much left to do now. It's totally understandable to need to take a break, it's really overwhelming as you have to focus on all the difficulties you face. Yes it's one month that you have to send it back. If you go over that time limit, don't panic, you can send in forms late if you have a 'good reason'. Your difficulties would be a good reason as to why it might be late.

Just got a letter from my local council saying that they have suspended my rent and I need to reapply is this right

Just got the rent sorted out after ringing council so that's one thing less to do. It's just that my pip form needs to be in this week some time but because I have not had a lot of contact with mental health professionals for a while now cos I get really anxious about meetings or appointments I have been trying to deal with this in my own way its like I have been living in a bubble. So I have not got a lot of supporting evidence which I am really worried about. Any advice would be more than appreciated.

Many people do not have medical evidence, do not let this worry you. Offer them the same explanation and honest account as you have put here, that you find it too difficult to engage with these services and then some information as to what has happened when you try.
