When you took the claim to Tribunal during Covid, the decision that was made by them was not a court order. A Tribunal is not a court and no one is on trial.

Any new decision made in the future overrules that current award, even if the decision is made before the award was due to end. This has always been the rules.

When you have a review they look at the whole claim again and not just part of it. During an assessment I wouldn't expect the assessor to examine you because a PIP assessment is not a medical. It's a functional assessment.

When you filled out the form did you treat it as a new claim and put as much information as possible? or did you just write no change and no further information? Just writing no changes, if there's no changes is asking for all sorts of trouble and not something I would ever advise anyone to do.

When you request the MR it's not usual for it to be a copy and paste of the original decision. Most MR decisions remain the same, unfortunately.

It was to update my claim so I was adding the new information my mobility issues had not changed they said that I could put no change and I said the last time I did that my pip stopped completely so I told them everything the things that had not changed and the new thingsas well
