Pip Review Text
Hi everyone, my partner has been on Pip all his life , now 66yrs , he has EO Alzhiemiers and Schizophrenia.
I sent his pip review form dwp sent him back October 2023.
Got a text today Sept 2024 to say pip review is now complete and letter will follow in post in 2 weeks.
No assesment, no ff or telephone assesment appointment.
Im worried they may of just stopped it.
Has anyone else had the same text with no assessment.
Im really worried for us he struggles terrible with Alzhiemiers.
Many thanks in advance .

To save worrying I'd advise calling up and asking what the decision is.
However it sounds like they had enough information to make a decision without the need for a medical, that's usually actually a very good sign.
But the only way to put your mind at rest is to ring the pip helpline.

Heya @lillian2 sometimes if the assessors feel there's enough information available to them, they'll do what's known as a "paper assessment" so I'd try not to worry too much. Though I know that's easier said than done.

Thankyou Albus-scope for your quick reply , i hope they have enough evidence , i sent plenty.
I was just concerned they had not asked for assesment.
Many thanks

No problem @lillian2 I'm hoping you mean you'll stop trying to call and try again on Monday, or that may be quite a lot of time on hold. 😆
