I've Just read two pensioner's are taking goverment to court over winter fuel payments how brave are they hope this is true

    Very reliable source. It could postpone it for a year. I've lost my WFA so definitely fingers crossed.

    There is talk of means testing the State Pension, too.

    Double whammy if you're a disabled pensioner.

    I feel for you it's all to much we keep on getting beaten down my daughter says don't engage its true I shouldn't but I'm not a pensioner but I felt such hope you know people who stand up and fight are so brave and they make a difference to everybody's life's I hope more do I've just got no fight in me So a big fingers crossed
