Debi1160, I had the problem when it was DLA, the DWP kept turning me down I don’t even think they had the decency to even look into the condition. Anyway when I got to tribunal I didn’t even have to give any evidence, they thanked me for coming and said that they had rarely seen someone come before them with so much medical evidence and would be writing to the DLA to let them know they were concerned about how they had made their decisions. So please keep fighting, don’t give up. Try and have up to date medical evidence and if you have an O.T.’s/ Physio assessment about your poor mobility for the Tribunal.
