You are receiving class 3 NI credits towards your state pension due to claiming UC.

Please could you explain does uc pay automatically pensions deduction from uc or i have to pay myself or do i have to ask them to pay instead of me ?

You do not have to pay them yourself and you do not have to ask them to pay them. They are automatically credited to you as part of your UC claim.
You can have a state pension forecast on your Tax account, if you have an account. If you register for an account you should be able to see the NI credits on there.

It's really hard to have your life change like that @Agnia. Lots of our members will feel the same way, so you're not alone in how you're feeling.
You're not a burden at all, so please don't think that you are. You're still a valuable person even if you're not able to work. Many of us feel the same guilt sometimes, we're all here to listen if you need to talk about it ❤️
