Hi, my name is Angel333! having problems getting the appointeeship back in my name.
Hi, I'm having problems getting the appointeeship back in my name, my daughter is a disabled adult & I've always been her appointee, mother & carer 3 yrs ago adult care went into my daughters day service behind my back & manipulated my daughter into signing a form for them to become her appointee, 1.my daughter didn't know what an appointee was, 2,rhey said if she signed the form they would take her swimming, & anything else she wants, my daughter is childlike in that way, if u say you'll take her swimming etc, so to her in her mind, she's gonna have alot of activities of her favourite things to do on a regular basis on the say so of adult care, so she signed it, I was fuming, I'm a single mother, we live 50 plus miles away from family, we're isolated & now they have all my daughters money, they ignore her emails when she's asking for some money, my daughter has never gone without she has autism & doesn't like change, we're struggling & Toni is suffering, as she's not able to go out for meals, cinemas, visit family, wears cheap clothes no money ion her pocket to get what she wants she's had no days out, no holidays & all the stress has took its toll on my health, all thge constant stress I'm under I now have C.O.P.D, as I've always had asthma, but with all the stress it's made me so I'll, I'm the only one my daughter has to rely on, if anything happens to me we're 50 plus miles away from family, we have no support whatsoever where we live & adult care haven't even bothered with my daughter after her signing that form 3 yrs ago, yet I'm ok to look after her 24/7 on fresh air, can anyone advise me of how to go about this please. Thank you
