Hi All

I have a question:
If you are still employed but due to health reasons you cannot work and your SSP has ended and there is NIL. Then when applying for UC you are treated as a job seeker and you have a work coach, meetings every 2 weeks etc., or do you not have work commintents?

I forgot to add that the person receives SSP in the amount of 100% of the salary, therefore he is not currently entitled to UC.

Good morning @honeyhoney, I hope you're doing well?

I just wanted to apologise that no one was able to help with your query. I wanted to check in and see if you’ve been able to sort things out? While work coaches can apply discretion, even though the person is technically employed, they may still be asked to undertake work search and treated as a job seeker.
