A family member gets attendance allowance, and she is having difficulty getting around, how can she apply for mobility car. So her Son can drive it around

There is no mobility element to AA I'm afraid.
The motability scheme is for DLA/PIP claimants only.
As she is over state pension age a new claim can't be made for PIP.
Would a Blue Badge be of any help?
