does anyone have any bad experiences with CMHT ?
I’ve been under them for a while and they’ve let me down at every turn .
I had some treatment ( therapy ) with eating disorder clinic for my bulimia and they had to terminate the sessions coz I was becoming more unstable , I feel totally useless that I can’t control my suicidal thoughts and emotions.
ive now been re referred back to CMHT for another psychiatric review and I can’t deal with it all. I’ve been booked in to see the psychiatrist in a few weeks but CMHT really trigger me .

    Hello, I would like to say I have received wonderful care under my CMHT.

    I'm sorry to hear of your plight dear. Firstly, please do try and seek help if you are feeling overwhelmed, in low mood or having thoughts of self harm. Your health and safety comes first.

    When you go and visit the new psychiatrist, please try and keep an open mind and don't be afraid to tell all your concerns to the psychiatrist.
