i dont think iam getting right amont esa 278 per fourtnight ive been on uc from 2021/2022

Are you claiming both ESA and UC together? If you are and you're in the Support Group for ESA then this should be £276.40 every 2 weeks.
For UC it should include standard allowance and LCWRA element. (as well as any other elements you maybe entitled to)
Your ESA will be deducted in full from any UC entitlement.
If you have access to a journal for UC then please check your statement to see exact what elements are included and also what deductions are being made.

If you are getting ESA alongside UC, then the ESA is called New Style ESA.
£138.20 per week is the correct rate.
