I've just migrated from esa support group to UC will i have to have a medical because it says this
Health
You said your health affects you at work or prevents you from working. You might need to have an assessment before we can consider if you will get extra money for this.

You will not need another assessment and you do not need to provide a fit note. That's a standard message you have there because you reported your health condition when you claimed.
Once ESA send your details across to UC your claim will be updated and the LCWRA element will be included from the start of your claim. It may take a couple of weeks for this to be done.
