Interchangeable weather poem

The weather in the United Kingdom is very interchangeable with one minute when we see the beautiful sun shining on our faces. 

The next minute the sky could change to grey skies with clouds full of rain.

Then suddenly the clouds of full snow. I feel that the interchangeable weather in the United Kingdom is down to climate change.
