Amongst an array of health issues, I have Reynaud's & arthritis, very painful when cold, can't afford to have any heating on though. So, I layer & have bought compression gloves that help, fur lined knickers leggings, a cheap, warm, soft blanket, a gift card bought me an Asda Oodie last year & on very cold times, I have an electric throw that I put on if dire. My feet are dead to the cold, it's the only time that's a good thing!! 😆 It will be my third winter without heat, I survived the others & as uncomfortable as it could get, I'll hopefully survive another.

I often wear ski trousers, insulated and windproof too - don't care what I look like as long as I am warm and comfortable when I am inside or out, usually have a warm toorie, wollen fingerless gloves, furry insulated boots with foil under insoles to bounce heat back in and keep cold out, when I go out I always wear glasses to stop wind tears from eyes running and chilling/freezing cheeks. Learnt many of these things and many more from my travels.

We have some hot water bottles and plenty of hoodies and jumpers. My partner, she is a lot more sensitive to the cold than me, has one of those long hot water bottles with a strap that she can wear.

For some reason I tend to not feel the cold so much, though my fingers can get really cold they never feel painful just numb sometimes. Once I realise that I warm them up
