Hi @danielfrank Welcome to the Community. It might help if she has a Health & Social Care assessment.

    Take care.

This looks like its only for UK citizens. She is not one, do you have any other suggestions which would be OK for Bulgarian citizen? Thank you!

Scope is a UK based forum and we won't be able to give advice about anything in her country I'm afraid. Is there anywhere over there that should could go to for advice?

Hey @danielfrank, welcome to the community 😊 This is a UK-based charity, so our knowledge is very much based in the UK system. I do hope you are able to find some help for your sister-in-law though, it sounds like she is going through some difficult times.

Generally Bulgaria is not a good place to be disabled person. Very bad infrastructure, no places for assited living and generally organizations that are supposed to work in benefit of people with disabilities don't do much, this is why we are looking for places abroad. UK seems to be a good option, in case we find some places where they would be OK to host someone not from the UK, this is why I thought I will ask in a place like this forum for guidence as this is completely new area for me. I am just trying to help my wife as she is overwhelmed by what is going on.

So in case you have any knowledge or someone in here has a lot of experience and has advice and can help - that would be very welcoming.
