found out what type of sleep apnea I have

I received a copy of a letter that was sent to the main doctor at my doctor's surgery saying that I have severe obstructive sleep apnea and that the consultant I saw also said that I need to have a CPAP machine and life style changes and to also be discharged from consultant lead care to just having check ups to see how I'm getting on with the cpap machine.
It did list other things, but I can't remember what they are now.

Hi @BrianMcFaddenFan82 It is good that you now know exactly what type of sleep apnea you have. How are you getting on with the CPAP machine? Are you finding it any easier to use? Take care.

I know the cpap machine might feel quite scary and awful, but it really did help my partners dad with his sleeping. He went from falling asleep while driving (!!) to getting a good nights sleep every single night. It really, really helped him. I hope it helps you too @BrianMcFaddenFan82
