in Start here and say hello!

Hi everyone. I had the Closomat Palma Vita installed but it doesn't dry? All the heat is at the back of the pan and even though I've day until the timer switches it off, I'm not dry. I've asked family, different sizes, to try and all say the same. Any one else have this issue?

    Sorry....I meant I've 'sat"until the timer ....
