Hi, my name is Sldms! Bank statement phone call review didn't call me
hi
Asked to send 4 months bank statements and phone call review. Told a time made me poorly stressed anxiety panic attack pains all over body something I’m trying to control.
didn’t ring so went in my journal to ask they said phones down but didn’t bother to contact me I had to ask them why they had not phoned. Why do we have to put up with being bullied and having our illnesses exacerbated by them.

Hi @Sldms, welcome to the community. I'm so sorry this happened to you. It's frustrating when things get cancelled and you've already been preparing for it, especially as they didn't contact you to explain. It's not easy to deal with these things when you've got a lot going on, so I can understand why you're feeling angry about it and I'm sure our members will understand what you're going through too.
Have they got back to you with an alternative date? I hope next time it goes through without a hitch.

Hi @Austria97, these checks are done by Universal Credit, not the bank, so there's no need to contact the bank for this situation 😊
I hope they can give you another date soon @Sldms, it's horrible waiting and not knowing what's next!
