Not heard anything from work coach

I got put on universal credit 6 weeks ago they said I would get a call off a work coach but I haven't will I still receive my payment

Log on to your Universal Credit account and look to see if there are any actions it is asking you to complete. Have you had your statement or received any payment from UC at all yet?

As you don't have a journal you will need to ring the helpline.

Universal Credit helpline Telephone: 0800 328 5644. They open between 8am and 6pm Mon to Fri.

I phoned universal credit they've put my number down wrong so they've cancelled my claim said they'd txt me for an appointment never got it through them putting wrong phone number down it's not my fault

Hey @signet, when they said they cancelled your claim is it because they tried to call you on the wrong number but obviously received no response or just because they put your number in wrong?

I do think this is something that you should complain about, as you say it isn't your fault.
