hello everyone joining your forum .just been diagnos with spinalstenopsis.this will be my second surgery which i really dont mind .if they cold do it tomorrow i would be very happy because i remember waking up the next morning and was amaze Hey no more pain.was on pain patch removed it cold turkey(found out later not suppose to do)but now have to start all over

Hi @shirlou, welcome to the community 🙂 it sounds like you are going through a pretty difficult time with the spinal stenosis. I do hope they are about to do the surgery soon!
