Random PIP call update - Please help
I have been called again during lessons this morning which I missed and received a voice mail from the assessor from the other day. Again this call was completely random just like my initial assessment, no message, no email, no letter. He wants to clarify some things with me over the phone. However I’ve also received an email which now says I scored 0 on everything. What do I do I feel so lost and so fed up and I haven’t even been called back yet. Do you think it was a mistake? Why would they need to call me back?

DWP don't usually send decisions through email, are you sure it was related to your PIP claim? I'm sorry they keep continuing to contact you. Sometimes it happens when they need more information.

sorry poppy, looks like I was being silly and the email I received was from a UK website where you can look at what kind of questions they’d ask you and how that shows the points system. For some reason when I closed the tab it emailed me and like I usually do I panicked. Regardless, I hope the call I’m waiting for will be positive although I feel I’m even mores stressed now since I was stupid and didn’t read the email address :)

Ah that sounds like you did the PIP self test, which isn't very reliable if you don't fully understand the PIP descriptors. Yes, if you put your email address they will send you a copy of the results.
Fingers crossed that this will be the last call and the report will be written and returned to DWP. Then a decision can take up to 12 weeks.

Aww you're welcome. It's understandable that you panicked, the whole process is very stressful.
