Hi I have been on lcw since April 2021 I got a wca questionnaire in January I got passed for lcwra 4 weeks ago and recieved my 1st payment 2 weeks ago will I be entitled 2 any backdated money

If as I understand that thread, the review was started by the DWP then no money is owed.

This is because the LCW to LCWRA decision, and entitlement to LCWRA element will be dated from the assessment period of that decision.

Thanks but how did I get my 1st lcwra payment after 2 weeks not 13 ???

Because you went from LCW to LCWRA, that 13 week waiting period doesn't apply.

It only applies to new claims.

As you were already getting LCW, it wasn't a new claim.
