Getting married will not affect your benefits. Moving in together will affect them. You will need to report the changes to UC and tell them you're living with a partner and you will be sent a linking code.
Your partner will then need to start a claim their self and use the linking code to join both claims together.
Entitlement to UC will then be based on your joint circumstances. If your partner has capital of more than £16,000 then entitlement to all means tested benefits will end.
You can use a benefits calculator to check if there's any entitlement but you'll need to make sure you put both your details into it.
You will also need to report the changes to your local Authority for Council Tax reduction and this will need to be recalculated.

Congratulations on your engagement and future marriage. ❤️I see Poppy has already answered your question, but I just had to stop in and say hello. 😊

No savings, so all depends on his wage to wether any housing is paid or to what I'm entitled to, but I do no we will pay council tax.
Thank you

UC is one benefit made up of many different elements. His earnings will reduce the whole of your UC entitlement and not just part of it.
Did you use the benefits calculator I provided?
