Hi all, been browsing for a while but thought its time to actually join. Partially because im totally confused about benefits!

    You may already know this but I'll go over our benefits categories

    Universal Credit (UC) - For any questions or discussions about Universal Credit, including eligibility, how to claim, and assessment processes such as the Work Capability Assessment (WCA)

    PIP, DLA, and AA - For questions or discussions about Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Disability Allowance (DLA), and Attendance Allowance (AA). Also Adult Disability Payment (ADP) in Scotland.

    Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) - For questions or discussions about ESA, any assessment processes, eligibility, and more.

    Benefits and income - A category for questions or discussions about any benefit or related topic.
