Minimum income floor+lcwra+pip
I wish hearing your experience or advise regarding regarding Minum income floor for self-employed in LCWRA.
I have Lcwra since last month and universal credit has paid in full . This month my payment has been reduced because a minimum income floor has been applied.
I am very confused. They know that I can't work, and how suddenly are they applying the minimum floor and reduced my payment?
What's the problem? I am self-employer but I do not work, I report every month my earning (zero). Just last month I was awarded in full, and in October what is changed? I find illogical and unachievable, earning a minimum of £1,5££/month while I have Lcwra and Pip.
Sorry if it's not clear or repetitive. I feel like a puppet, they "give" and take off how they like. Cool, so after been gained unfit to work ect I have go to the food bank for feed me.
Really appreciate if someone can calm my mind with advise and solution, please.

This is clearly an error and I'm sorry it's happened to you. As you've been found to have LCWRA then the minimum Income Floor will not apply to you. Put a message onto your journal under the payment section and tell them that the MIF has been applied and it shouldn't have been.
Hopefully someone will see that and a decision maker will recalculate your statement and correct the error.

Hi @Theflower, welcome to the community 😊
I'm sorry that this has happened to you. As Poppy mentions in her post if you are found to have LCWRA then this shouldn't apply to you at all. Please do update us like you mention about your situation. Hopefully you get a quick response on your journal.
I will just move this topic over to our Universal Credit section for the updates and if you have any other questions 🙂

Good morning everyone
my situation is still stuck even I left 2 mesage in my journal (no one has replied), I called job centre and today I called universal credit, the advisor has sent a message to job centre for me.
It is absolutely frustrating: how they reduce the payment, applying for MIF, to a person with LCWRA and PIp!? I would like to post my journal and payment screenshot, I have nothing to hidden and I wish no one has same experience.
I had private health appointments booked, purchased new mattress, and wished to have more healthy food, all gone in fumes. Then thank you, so my health will get worse, and I hope to die before the system realise that it's a very hard game for people like me. I'm am very shocked how dwp,job centre and u.c. work. They test your capability bidding food, rent, ect. I know a lot of advisors read here, I know the welfare monitors anything so you that are reading: code of conduct, integrity, improve the life's people are true lies. Milion people like me do not have bread and butter, no have energy to face that sort of injustice. So today I did what I was able to effort, who does know about tomorrow?
I'm very sorry if my story upsetting someone. It is a true, human story, not Netflix, look after yourself more!
