Hi, my name is Francofile! Where can I prepare for my ABRSM grade 8?
I live in London, have passed ABRSM grade 7 theory (about 4 years ago) but can't find a class to prepare for grade 8. I prefer face to face rather than on line. CityLit and Morley College no longer seem to be covering this. Can anyone suggest anywhere?

Hey there @Francofile and welcome to the community.
Congratulations on your grade 7, what are you focusing your studies on? I studied music history, contemporary and popular musics, bass guitar and drums at university. 😊
I've only found a bit of information here, I'm not sure how much use it'll be for you?

Thanks, your link just shows the requirements for the exam. I'm looking for a class. All the best.

Hi @Francofile
Well done on reaching Grade 8 theory. That is no mean feat. I myself studied music and qualified as a music therapist.
It is unusual to find classes that do theory lessons at such a high grade. You might be better finding someone who can teach you individually. Unfortunately this would be more expensive.
Below are some possibilities for classes, but you will have to contact them to find out more:-
I hope this helps,
