Hello
Hi, I am Sarah and have joined today. I was looking for a community to share things with/ask advice/support each other so am hopeful that this is the place!
I have just hit my 50s and have quite bad arthritis in my right hip and my back. I have had hip dysplasia my whole life but did not realise, and it meant any hip replacement was going to be delayed as much as possible. So unfortunately these days I have nerve damage and muscle wastage in my right leg.
I am quite cheerful though, I have a wicked sense of humour, am hoping I can help cheer others up a bit if needed. I still work part time (although that is a constant battle with a lack of understanding). I have 2 retired horses that my husband helps me take care of and 2 cats, I am also a trainee dressage judge and am planning to learn as much as possible about that for when I retire!
