Who can help me make a complaint

Hi

Can anyone help me, I am trying to find someone who can write a complaint on my behalf (not citizens advice or pohwer)

Last year I used pohwer to make a complaint against my cmht as they made my my worse, after attending a&e and being told I would be referred to a different cmht I’m still open to the one I made the complaint against, I rang 111 mh about 3 weeks ago, they transferred me to the cmht I am open to and put the complaint in against and after I spoke to the duty nurse, I asked again to be transferred, he said he would speak to his supervisor and get back to me, and nothing, I am left without any mh support whatsoever

If anyone can tell me who can help with a complaint it would be appreciated

I will try ICB good luck with your issue Mashona, I can never get through to PALS took me weeks when I wanted them to help with an issue I had with a&e then they just emailed me telling me the a&e issue had been resolved (had it?)

edit, just contacted ICB who put me through to PALS and as a surprise no answer

just submitted a complaint through the healthcare parliamentary service
