Who can help me make a complaint

Hi

Can anyone help me, I am trying to find someone who can write a complaint on my behalf (not citizens advice or pohwer)

Last year I used pohwer to make a complaint against my cmht as they made my my worse, after attending a&e and being told I would be referred to a different cmht I’m still open to the one I made the complaint against, I rang 111 mh about 3 weeks ago, they transferred me to the cmht I am open to and put the complaint in against and after I spoke to the duty nurse, I asked again to be transferred, he said he would speak to his supervisor and get back to me, and nothing, I am left without any mh support whatsoever

If anyone can tell me who can help with a complaint it would be appreciated

    I've been trying to deal with a complaint and medical record concerns for over 2 and a half years with the medical centre, it's been passed on to 3 different managers, I think I'm on the 4th now, I also ended up reporting them to the ombudsman, ICB and have been advised to contact CQC about them. The current manager has said she will look at everything when she's back from her annual leave.. we'll see.

    I will try ICB good luck with your issue Mashona, I can never get through to PALS took me weeks when I wanted them to help with an issue I had with a&e then they just emailed me telling me the a&e issue had been resolved (had it?)

    just submitted a complaint through the healthcare parliamentary service

    It was worth a try, PALS are very busy so they do tend to take a bit to respond sadly, Ombudsman are the same sometimes.

    I hope you get some help with your complaint. It's frustrating trying to deal with complaints on your own.
