Message about work focused interview whilst awaiting WCA outcome
Partner had WCA via phone Saturday just gone. Not heard a thing yet but hit who called said its taking a while at the moment and it's a long drawn out process.
However, partner has a message on our UC journal today to say he's to attend a Work focused interview on January 10th.
Is this normal? Or a sign that he's not been successful in his WCA?
Thank you

We're you ever asked to do a work focused interview over the phone while you were waiting for your decision?
Partner had his WCA on 21st October and today had a message on his journal to say he's to have a work focused interview on 10th January.
I've read somewhere that it's normal to get these messages while a decision on WCA is being made

Yes you still.have to attend

It's normal because no decision has been made on the WCA yet. Once a decision is made if it's LCWRA then the appointment will be cancelled.

How come they've made the appointment for so far in the future?
By 10th Jan it'll be just short of 6 months since we started claiming UC and about 12 weeks thereabouts since his WCA

That's something I can't answer, sorry.
