in Start here and say hello!

Hi all

Nice to be joining a forum of people with similar illnesses, disabilities and daily problems.
I have spinal issues, a fusion, osteoporosis and fibromyalgia.
I remain a positive person; most days, but find the pathway to help and support difficult to navigate.

Iā€™m hoping I can share my knowledge and ask other members to share theirs.

    I wanted to ask a for a bit of advice. Do I need to find a thread on the topic or just post a question?

    You can either find a thread or post a question.

    Its up to you.

    If its something specific say a benefit question its probably best to post up your topic.
