AFTER works industrial accident 38 yrs back , NOW & Age 61 2024/2025 & Unite untion member . . IVE 2nd degenrative changes spine Start stenosis. MOBILITY , DISABILTY . SINCE APRIL 2024 been claiming UC/ LCWRA UN FIT FOR WORK after battle with uc50 flawed asseors report mr ,, complaint clinical standards . PAYED 42 yrs Class 1 tax/ ni (paye ) so STATE NEW oap penstion paid for but cant claim it 66 current . & I ACT as supervisor career for family member recovering from stoke 35 + hours week . (LCWRA ) Pending changes LABOUR 2024 . ( Get bratain working white paper) . IF u have mobility issuies you dont go far do much simples . MY OPTION AS UC50//// LCWRA . WE are unfit for work cant work Full stop . WHAT DOES ???? prevoius govertnment & LABOUR 2024 NOT understand ???. Cant/ Want except ????. IF U AGE 60/ 65 we have more than put our fair share money in to pot over 40/ 45 yrs paying CLASS1 national insurance (paye) . DONE our bit king country . ONLY claiming back some money we paid in over life time work , OUR money we paid in . INDEED for ( 68 yrs) , 1948- 2016 . . B4 CONservative right side DWP BENFIT/ PENSTION REFORMS . &man 60/ 62 Could offchially retire on health / disability . . NOW 2016-2024 All you can claim UC/ LCWRA . + PIP . NOW LABOUR 2024 wishes to take that wright freedom off choice power control away , BULLY / FORCE folk with disabilitys who claim LCWRA , back to work place . IF we claim LCWRA NOW current if labour change rules goal post . WHY should we not keep current protection NO WORK REALTE ACTIVITY ??? .. WHAT does any one else thinck esp older workers claim esa/ lcwra ????. JUST like penstioners winter fuel paytnment UNITE UNTION be keeping & eye on WHITE PAPER ACT ACCORDINGLY . SEEMS bit like 1920s workhouses coming back again work to you drop , die few retire . WE who current claim LCWRA just have wait see . STAY SAFE/ STAY WELL .

COPING the best u can . u dont want strees mental pressure & 61+ claim LCWRA , . IF Govertnment INTENDS wants to bully , force you back to work , on top off disability issuies . TRY , GET U to do things u not capable off . JUST have wait WHITE PAPER .
