DWP Voluntary help back to work, advice please

Hope all is well with you
Just wanted to ask for some advice please. I recently had a message from DWP asking if I wanted to voluntarily take part, in a help back into work program. With their Disability advisers. I have been on LCWRA since 2021, and have only just been assessed by a CPN. She referred me to MIND for Resilience and stabilisation for 2 months. Then I will be referred to Step 4 Psychotherapist, for long term Therapy. Will this go against me, if I dont accept the DWPs help, from their advisers ? TIA for any advice

It's voluntary so you can simply say "no thank you" without any prospect of it going against you.
