I have just received a letter from council tax saying they want to see my award of universal credit to keep receiving council tax support by 28th November to keep receiving support but my universal credit award does not generate until 2nd December, as I’m migrating over and received 100% support before the migration will I still be entitled to the 100% support on universal credit?

Let them know the date of your first statement, so they know why you can't provide it by the 28th.
Every area does council tax support differently, so we can't advise much on here.
I have seen a few examples where UC is treated differently to legacy benefits in some areas, resulting in reduced support, but most see the same award.

ok thanks for the advice, I can see why so many people are stressed out with the whole process, I just hope when I’m fully migrated it will just be left alone like I was before
