in Start here and say hello!

I've been reading these forums for a little while (mainly out of extra anxiety about what is going on with the disability benefit changes currently). It seems like a supportive community with many intelligent opinions I respect.

My name is Rachel (my username is my cats nickname)🐈 I am 36 and have had mental health illness ( mainly depression and anxiety with periods of agoraphobia and panic disorder) for the last 20 years.

I just wanted to introduce myself and to say hi for making this place feel like somewhere you can post for the first time even if you have social anxiety.
