don’t have any info

There will be a Journal entry showing the date you submitted the UC claim. You'll have to scroll down to the bottom.
0 -
If you have access to a journal you will be able to see what date your payment is due on there. Log in to your journal and click home. From there click "payment and advances" then on that page it will tell you a few things..
1/ What date your statement will be ready by.
2/ What date you will receive any money you're entitled to.
3/ Finally, it will say "the amount you're entitled to is based on your circumstances from X date to Y date. Those will be the dates of your assessment periods each month.
Edit to add, this is the page where you will also see your statements each month. Scroll down and click and it will show you the statement for that date.

Again I know nothing . Nothing on the journal . I don’t have medical certificates . I am not claiming this lwcr
0 -
you know when I say there’s nothing on the journal or any statement that’s exactly that - nada - zero - nothing
0 -
You asked on another thread about the LCWRA process.
For this thread Poppy is trying to help establish when your first statement is due.
0 -
I didn’t claim it - I said I didnt understand it / not that I was claiming it
0 -
I'm not asking about LCWRA on this thread. There must be some information on your journal to tell you what date your payment is due. Did you do what I asked you to do in my previous comment on this thread?
We are now confusing this thread for your UC payment dates with the advice given on the other thread where you asked about LCWRA. Confusion has already started and this is because there's 2 separate threads with 2 separate questions.

it’s blank . There’s nothing . Absolutely nothing
0 -
I don’t understand why it’s blank because it shouldn’t be. Are you sure you’ve done what I asked you to do? There should be information at the top of that page.
It will look like this, please see picture. This is a screenshot of my daughter’s UC journal. I have removed all personal information to protect her identity.

I have done everything you asked me to do & I can tell you right now there’s nothing to see .
0 -
Then something isn't right here. Have you confirmed both of your identities? have you both attended your first appointment? have you both agreed to your claimant commitments?
I'm so sorry for all the questions I'm just trying to understand exactly what's happened.
0 -
yes .

There could be a technical fault affecting visibility of the Journal?
This is one of the few instances where I would recommend calling the UC helpline.
0 -
Potentially yes, though I've never heard of that happening before but this doesn't mean it's not happened.
I agree here that they should ring the helpline and I wouldn't normally advise this but I have no other advice at this stage and I don't know why nothing is showing.
0 -
possibly. When I did call they told me they had until 22 Dec to make a decision. I didn’t find them helpful or anything. They were quite glib in truth .

There should still be information on that page about what date your payment would be. You also said you claimed UC on 6th November, if that's correct I have no idea what 22nd Dec refers to because payment date should be 12th December, if you submitted your claim on 6th November.

You can look back through your journal messages and scroll all the way through and it will tell you what date you claimed. All the questions you answered should show as the same date for each one. My daughters is 18th, which is the date her claim was submitted.

great - but I have nothing .
0 -
I realise that but there's nothing I can do for you because I don't work for DWP. I claim benefits myself and I'm here advising people freely in my own spare time. The same as every other member here.
I have no answer for you as to why your journal doesn't show any information. I can only advise you to ring to the helpline.
