Sex with SPMS

I was diagnosed 9yrs ago but, 3yrs ago I was diagnosed with SPMS. Would anyone be able to help me and advise me, as I still want sex & foreplay, but how can I have oral sex again, as I’ve not received oral for 7 yrs because it’s hard and difficult, but neither I nor my boyfriend can sort out this problem. I have abduction issues with spasms etc and can’t bend my legs, nor open them! Will I ever have the the experience again, as I used to love receiving it. What can we do, as I’ve lost 95% of what life I had and don’t want to miss out on sex of any kind. It makes me sad 🥲. I’m only 47yrs old.

Is very hard and painful when things change in our lives and especially things that brings pleasure ....... I was thinking one day to do things in my life in the future how from my side can help people in this life in order to make them happy... Not for the money as people usually doing but as a way of life to give happiness without to receive or without to expect something that you receive one day....
