UC113
Does anyone know what this uc113 form my doctor has received is it any thing I should be stressing about.
I've still not sent my uc50 back as I can't find the mental strength in me to fill it in but my Dr has been asked to fill the uc113 in I'm so stressed out.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

This form is similar to your own ESA form, just asking about health conditions and working restrictions.
If the GP doesn't fill it in then it can cause issues though. A few years ago my GP refused to fill it in and I ended up having to have a full assessment at the job centre to keep my ESA. Hopefully your GP is more understanding!

Hi thank you for replying I don't get ESA I only get UC and carers allowance but UC sent me a UC50 form because I told the truth on my UC application about my illnesses even though I'm a carer.
There seems to no point in trying to fill the uc50 form in as payment wise it will make no difference to my payments.

My apologies, that was a typo, it is the same form for both ESA & UC.
Unfortunately you will need to complete the process now that the form has been sent out. Not doing so may contradict the commitments you made for UC. If you want to stop the process now, you should request that via the UC journal. Just explain to them the same as you have here, that there's no gain from a WCA when you're a carer.
