Hi, I very often get the same thing. Just got an appointment letter for Bart's but did update patient knows Best. Nothing to do with pip. If you expecting an appointment just keep logging in.

I'm not expecting an appointment.is it possible I might have to have a face to face pip appointment now that I've have a telephone appointment? This is all it could/may be

If you have a telephone appointment then thats what you have booked. Nothing to be concerned about. Hope your assessment goes well for you.

I've already had it.I just thought perhaps they might book another one in.Maybe this is what this patient knows best is.Cant think of anything else as all other appointments are accounted for

No, they won't do another assessment, they have done. I get notified that patient knows Best updates. It really is nothing.

It may be a department that hasn't linked/released the data for PKB
Apart from being an absultly frustrating platform with SH***Ty so called 'support' that just redirects to to their 'FAQ' manual.
You'll see some hospital results & some letters depending on the department.
I loath PKB, but since Patient View closed down there's no other alternative.
I've never known ANYTHING to do with PIP being related to BKB…

What a hysterical reply..I love it! Thank you

Yeah and even though they say the 'profile' has been updated, it's actually a letter. Also to get to the non-profile section with letters etc. just look up top, there is a home link you can click.

If you've already had a telephone assessment @Jane315STARX then you shouldn't be having another assessment. The only time I can think of that happening is when something went wrong with the first assessment and all that was done in that instance was just redoing the phone assessment. In that instance the person was informed beforehand what was being done. So I don't think a second assessment is something you need to be concerned about at this stage!
Did the Trust update your profile before the first assessment? Because I cannot think of any reason they may do that, unless the decision maker has reached out to a doctor at the Trust that you put down in your PIP application. That is the only reason I can think PIP would interact with your local NHS Trust.

I have no idea.It just has all my diagnosis on there etc.The most recent of which was added in July.

Hi @Jane315STARX, I have received this same email about updates quite a few times. I'm not currently claiming PIP at all. Every time I click the link in the email it will take me back to my profile area where nothing has changed.
I'm seeing a specialist at the moment, so I just took it to be an admin thing where something was being entered into the record to trigger an email, but as it's only useful to the docs or people administrating my records they don't show it to me.
If there's a test result or appointment they should send you a proper notification and a letter that you can view.
Are you currently seeing any specialists? If you have any contact details you could always try popping them an email or a phone call just to make sure you haven't missed anything.

I am due to see a specialist next month but that is already listed as an appointment and nothing new.
