Universal credit
Well i had my Universal credit Phone interview today. Must say it was nothing to worry about. Just the normal security question's And just checked a couple of in goings in my Bank account. The Gentleman who interviewed me thanked me for attending the phone interview. He was really nice. Quite relieved to be honest. And pleased.

Thanks for sharing your experience @Ang_1961, I know lots of members will find it helpful to read that it went well! It's good to hear that they were friendly with you.
Hope the rest of the process is just as straightforward 😊

I will mention that when you check your monthly payments Where it says
House rent. Check that with what you pay.
They got mine wrong and universal credit were out by £12.00 a month.
So they are going to sort it out and pay me what they owe me. They checked it against the Bank statements I submitted. Might be worth checking
