Non dependants pip

Hi I'm new looking for advice

I'm on esa and was migrated to uc in August

I'm on enhanced pip care and enhanced pip mobility

I have a 22year old son non dependant that lives with me I was told by my occupational therapist I was exempt from non dependant deductions as I'm on pip

I woke up to message in uc journal saying I owe 4months money because of my son

I'm so worried my landlords not the easiest I believed the ot who still says she's right telling me not to worry but I'm very worried I need some correct advice the uc journals a nightmare you write messages they never reply

When they write message on journal I reply no response I can't afford to pay this back can anyone give me correct information
