Hi. Someone stole my identity stole my passport and got if fryedukently changed to there photo then took over my benefits sent me a fruedulent letted saying my esa had been stopped but it hadn't they changed the bank details n cloned my cards, n pretended to be me so they were getting my benefits and so they applied yo ger the disability extras, and they got alot more than I ever got, but I tried to apply fir universal credits in 2018 but git refused cuz tver said my passport derails didn't match, so can I gef the money they stole from me backdated to thet claim if I give them to except the fruedulent claim as I didn't have benefits for a few years coz of them.

Did you report this to the police? How was your claim for UC refused due to the details not matching on your passport? You said your passport was stolen. If it was stolen then surely you wouldn't have had that to apply. A passport isn't needed to apply for UC as other ID can be used. If you have no ID then they can complete a biographical appointment when they will ask questions about yourself.
Are you claiming UC now? If not how are you managing financially?
