PIP review stress.
I am questioning everything I am supposed to write on my review form.I have been on same meds for 7 years and they are working to obviously as best when I need them but if they ask if you are not any worse why don't you change them or why are you still in pain. I am getting so I'll over all this I've lost a lot of weight cant think straight, I feelike we are all fighting for scraps I'm just sick of everything don't know how much more my nerves can take this. Am I alone thinking this.

Hey @gailychops, it really can be difficult. I've had the "you haven't changed medication in a while so clearly it fixed any issues" before myself. If any question like that is brought up it's perfectly reasonable to say that this is the best option for you between you and your doctor. Maybe other medication or dosage has side effects that leave you worse off or one of the other many reasons why other types of medication aren't an option. It is a very degrading question though I agree. It is an assumption that all conditions effects can somehow be completely removed with medication which is very far from the case. If it came to it a tribunal more than understands that medication cannot remove how conditions affect someone.
Have you tried talking through the review form with someone at all? I find my nerves are calmed when I go through the form with someone else.

The problem is the nurse called for a meds review 6 months back and I said I was fine on them. She wrote on my notes I refused to go to surgery. I don't know whether to send this in form now as they will think I refused, but my nurse and doctors surgery don't know me from Adam and I was Ill so last thing on my mind. I think it will be what it will be.i feel I am trying to justify everything isn't life getting really difficult to survive at every turn. I have the C.A.B coming to house to fill form I am unsure about this are they trustworthy?
