No grants available after assessment, what can I do?

I was sent for a MAc assessment some 50 miles away by motability when applying for a grant, the assessment resulted that I needed an electric tailgate, electric ramp, internal transfer and hand controls vehicle, the grants case manager asked me the 3 questions, are you working are you in education and do you do any voluntary work, as I am 91 I answered no.

Then no grant, which means I can’t get out and a prisoner in my home

Can anyone enlighten me where to go next please

I'm afraid I'm not too sure what you could try next, but I wonder whether AgeUK might have some advice on this. You could try getting in touch with their helpline service to see if they have any ideas:
