Pip and tribunal
Hi, I'm new here so hello to everyone.
I'm just wanting to get some advice and air off abit,
I have been getting pip for 4 years due to sever back pain and depression anxiety, in June pip decided to stop my allowance I appealed got refused so now awaiting tribunal.
I've recently had my medication upped and had another mri scan in October my last one was 2019, I've been diagnosed with Lateral recess calibre stenosis, with impingement of the L5 nerve root. Also Early disk protrusion in L5 to S1 since my older scan.
I've uploaded these to tribunal and received a letter this morning with a comment from DWP that there answer has still not changed.
Can anyone advise what to do I have been referred to neurosurgeons so waiting for that appointment. My GP has also wrote two letters stating my condition amd how it affects me.
Thanks Emma
